Soooo last night, I attended my wonderfully gracious friends first performance at the Phoenix Theaters in Nairobi of a mashup/ rendition of Asa's Jailer and Rita Ora's R.I.P. I have to admit I was left speechless to the point I couldn't even take good photos anymore, like I have a few good ones, but the rest might as well just...

P.s sorry for going M.I.A but... when life throws you lemons, sometimes the lemon juice gets in your eyes. I really don't know where I was going with that statement! LOL

ALSO, Sauti Sol, Victoria Kimani, Amani, Fena, Davido and Ice Prince performed on Saturday 27th 2012, (I'll put the pictures up in a bit, I just need to copyright them so they should be done by tomorrow night :D) 

So yesterday, there was a Fashion Show that took place at Thika Road Mall.... I was given the opportunity to take a seat and work backstage, its also important for Models to know how work is difficult back stage, so I learned that everyone working as backstage crew of a fashion show needs their slack to be cut! Its a lot of work, hefty hefty! 

yes yes, that is I... like I said... A little runway practice don't hurt nobody (look I have masking tape on my hand lol, sticking things up backstage with my lovely Boss lady Malaika Tenshi.)

Okay... I realized I might have just wasted your reading time, cos I'm going to translate that anyway... lol (yeah, I used google translate... leave me alone :P )
Translated (Romanian - English) - I hope you all had a wonderful weekend...

So now, today I was cooking.... *GASP* yes, I cooked... well baked actually.... Chicken, I marinated it :D and then put it in the oven, that's baking right? aii clearly the kitchen is not my place -_-
Anyway so I cooked and cooked and cooked and then the family decides we're going for dinner -_- I almost had a heart attack gosh, all my HARD work gone to waste..... 

Are you seeing how I was all kitchen master today? I had my laptop: music and stuff, I was also tumblr'ing (www.laperegrina-rudeness.tumblr.com (don't hesitate lol) ) If you look to the right hand bottom corner, you can see my fabulous Angry Bird :P lol oh also, I realize I suck, cos on the right of my laptop is NAIL POLISH REMOVER *GASPS again* toxic stuff peeps :O 

:D If you look closely at the knife, its says PAMPA Nairobi... well we had like that all you can eat thing, as in I am as full as can be! I ate so much I was like "I can do this, legooo bring on the food" I had like Crocodile meet, Rabbit, Lamb, Ribs, Chicken and my salad ofcourse, BUT I don't think I'm going to eat meat for like the next 2 weeks!

So I think I'm going to hit the sack now, cos I have pathetic Driving School to get up to tomorrow Monday morning! *doing this for the love of driving myself to areas, and also I need to just stop driving without a license ITS NOT SAFE, and I am all about SAFETY k bye :)*

Okay, in all honesty I don't even know why I'm so excited about my Friday (the title is so hyped) and its not like I'm doing anything spontaneous... -_- So today was a weird day (this is like my online diary... without all the insides on egghm *coughs, runs down seven flights of stairs, shoots a bird... flies to Mars* romance :D ) 

Yeah, girls.... too sensitive :D OKAY.... moving on! lol my day was weird, went for driving -_-. I hate it! completely frustrating! Like imagine this, you are well capable of feeding yourself yes? now imagine me, coming along and teaching you how to feed yourself :/ and while I do so.. I'm on the phone with my girl Tamika talkin' bout what Laquisha said about her-_- I was just like damn this fool!

And now the highlight of my day, giving the foot of this residence I call home :D claiming the living room all to myself to watching Rizzoli and Isles, as the brothers promenade to the brother's  room to proceed with their espousal to The Xbox360 lol

I could swear they did not notice I was even taking pictures! Eh, addiction is real!

Airport Stuff -_-

So lets just begin with Nairobi officially being like the worst traffic city of all time! Mombasa road is as close to hell as the frikin core of this bloody earth.... (BUT I still love my country brah :P )

Anyway, so I arrived at the airport with my eldest brother Bryan, to collect my step brother Nicholas :D THE TRAFFIC IN THIS CITY IS MADNESS, was stuck in traffic for an hour, before we got to the actual airport... BUT check this pretty cool piece of graffiti I spotted at the airport, and I think the absolutely marvelous Xtatic Samz (her name on twitter I'm not a hunned on this :P ) did an interview right here a couple months back :D (PS I totally love that girl \o/ wohoo go Xtatic... number1 fan...)

So anyway, after suffering for years in traffic... we took the bypass (new road things in Kenya lol) and I mean, it took an hour but it was better than sitting on Mombasa road for like four hours! NOT about this life -_- I need a helicopter or sum'n! -_-

Some highway off Mombasa road leading to Thika road... (I don't remember much cos I was so sleepy cos of KARAOKE last night you know--- still got that husky voice shit going on --- but it might have been Embakasi, don't sue me if I'm wrong people of Embakasi lol) but the roads in Nairobi/Embakasi/Thika are absolutely fantastic and different to what most Kenyans are used to....

Re: July 17th 2013 Disaster/KARAOKE NIGHT :D

Hola AMIGOS!!

So I am very well aware of the fact that I didn't post anything last night or yesterday but a rather hilarious but sad disaster took place which I will shortly share with you :) 

SO yesterday, I went to driving school cos I need that b**** of a license to operate in this bloody world! -_- ... And I totally hate it... cos I learned how to drive about 3 years ago, and I've been on the streets illegally ever since (lol) anyway, so driving school sucks a serious one, but anyway... So now when I was through my mama came to get me yeah, then she's like we need to go buy a dispenser cos the one we have is broken... 

So now we are shopping *wohoo* and I have this terrible habit of eating things in the supermarket which was acquired from my friend (Fiona) but anyway, I'm here having chocolate covered strawberry and raspberry ice cream stick thing, I don't know what they're called (I'm pretty sure a popsicle is like ice on a stick so... dot dot dot haha) My MOTHER hates this bull I pull in the supermarket so she starts, " What is the matter with you child? Why are you eating in the supermarket, can you push the damn trolly and go get me lotion!" I'm just there all smiley so I push the damn trolly... ANYWAY when we were done shopping yeah, we ended up not buying a dispenser but decided on taking the one we have to get fixed, so we bought the 18.7litre bottle of water :)... now I pushed the damn trolly all the way to the car yeah, then you see like any normal weak girl, you would have to prep yourself to carry that 18.7litre bottle into the trunk right? So I did, I placed all my belongings in the trunk, my bag, my sunglasses, everything rubbed my hands together jumped side to side for this mission.

So I completed my task and I was impressed with my ability to carry that thing, so I close the trunk and I'm smiling with myself two seconds later, I realised I just locked the CAR KEYS in the trunk of the m*****f****** CAR!!...… My mother is TEN steps away from me, and I'm smiling idiotically... She comes, "What is it?" ...... "Mum... I did something wrong, :D I locked the keys in the trunk :O"
"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? YOU DON'T CONCENTRATE, -_- ARG!" So now my friends were waiting for me at my place (KARAOKE NIGHT) and we were locked outside the shopping mall -_-... My mama called Cleo (wonderful man who works for mi Madre) and he had to speed bike to us with the spare keys! LOL

Gearing up for the night oh yeah yeah yeah! Anyway, decided to put the negativity behind me and my mama got over it, so it was time to prepare the ANGELIC VOICES for the show at a club in Electrique Avenue (also known as Westlands, Nairobi lol) called RnB, I was too pumped cos with every song you sing, you get a free shot of Tequila :D \o/ and Sheesha was half price, so for like 350ksh, which is like 3point something or 4dollars :D So anywho... I WAS FIRST WITH THE MICROPHONE cos I'm a little cool :D (But I really cant sing to save ANYONES life) I sang Time (Dirty Bit)- Black Eyed Peas... I killed it though :D

Also, this is like a 'daytime' kinda look, LOL okay this is more conservative basically cos of the tights and all and a more like movement outfit, lol if you get me (IOW {In Other Words} I went to the city center wearing tights cos shit is real in this country lol)
